Why we must avoid competition to achieve our personal success.
When people get trapped within competition
the problem arise!
The worst thing is that the competing
parties lose the sight of what matters and start to focus on their rivals
instead.
At this stage,
competition means no profit for any body and everyone is struggling for own survival.
In business, start ups start with innovative
products but as they grow they get drawn within competition. They start to
focus on their counterpart big cats,
Do
you know what follow? their creativity fade away, they forget about their
underlying process that could have helped them to develop a product or service
that customers want and are willing to pay.
Several days later they find
themselves in the situation where quitting is the only choice.
From early childhood we are exposed to
competition, in our education system we are urged to compete where students are
taught the same subject in the same way irrespective of individual preference
and talent and students are judged based on their competitiveness, this cause
less competitive students feel inferior while there are subjects that they can
excel based on their talents and preference.
In the World of competition, the perfect
competition is not about others but it is about focusing on yourself and process
will lead you from zero to your own success.
To survive in the world of competition
where all eyes are set on you, will require you to focus on talented people who will
help you in implementing all processes efficiently to your final success.
Keep
learning before your skills become obsolete to stay on the right track.
Also you have to focus on where you want to
go not on what you fear.
workplace competition is not always
positive, is always good for workers to work as a team in order to be
effective. it is hard for a company or a person to build a market all alone
that is why you must focus on yourself and invent your own way to success. It
is also always good to collaborate where it is possible.
Always remember that the more you compete
the less you gain.
